Best wishes for 2024

Thank you for bearing courageous witness in the closing months of 2023 during the genocide in Gaza and lockdown war in West Bank.

Zatoun received huge number of orders as expression of support for people of Palestine.  The oil was sold out by mid-November.  The future for receiving new harvest oil is murky to say the least and cannot say when will be able to ship again.  Updates will be forthcoming.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.

In the US, we recommend ordering Palestinian olive oil and other food items from Al'Ard USA.  Please note the oil has a different "profile" and likely taste or feel different than Zatoun.  Al-Ard ships to Canada.

Three months later the streets are still full - the entire world is acting to protest the genocide as well as the hypocrisy of western leaders.   Despite being in the darkest moment we can also see light in the distance. We grieve the souls lost and the lives destroyed.

We live in the faith and certainty that one day Palestine will be free and its people will live in dignity.  We can recall the words of Terence MacSwiney, an Irish martyr who died in 1920 after a 74-day hunger strike in a British prison:

It is not those who inflict the most but those that endure the most who shall conquer.
